Many of our airline partners use DFP's proprietary system SKY-POS to charge for on-board food and beverage sales, baggage fees at the gate and even upgrades or advance sales of excursion packages at the destination.  Flight Crew are able to process cash, credit card and coupon sales in the air. SKY-POS has also a wealth if administrative tools and reports and can manage Duty Free sales and B.O.B Sales separately.
